Strong Kids at Home – 8 Week Program (Ages 6–9)

Build confidence, coordination, and strength through fun, age-appropriate movement.

This physiotherapist-designed 8-week program is created specifically for children aged 6–9 years who are learning foundational movement skills and building confidence with exercise.

Sessions are short, engaging, and designed to be completed at home with parent or guardian support.

Coordination & Balance Builder- Ages 6–12

Build balance, coordination, and movement confidence through fun, structured play.

Coordination & Balance Builder is a physiotherapist-designed 6-week program created to support children aged 6–12 years who benefit from targeted practice of balance, coordination, motor planning, and body awareness.

The program uses short, engaging sessions and progressive challenges to help children move with more control, confidence, and ease—supporting participation in play, sport, and everyday activities.
