These Terms of Use apply to all services provided by Strong Steps Physio, including physiotherapy consultations, telehealth services, online programs, and use of our website.
By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or purchasing a program, you agree to these Terms of Use.
1. About our services
Strong Steps Physio provides physiotherapy services delivered by a registered Australian physiotherapist. Services may include:
Telehealth consultations
Online physiotherapy assessments
Individualised or pre-made exercise programs
Educational resources
Our services are designed to support physical function and development but do not replace medical care provided by a doctor or specialist.
2. Eligibility and consent
Our services are provided primarily to children and adolescents.
For clients under 18 years of age:
A parent or legal guardian must provide consent
The parent or guardian confirms they have the authority to make healthcare decisions for the child
By engaging our services, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Telehealth services
Physiotherapy services may be delivered via telehealth.
By participating in telehealth:
You acknowledge there are limitations compared to in-person assessment
You agree to follow safety instructions provided during sessions
You accept responsibility for ensuring a safe and suitable environment during sessions
Strong Steps Physio reserves the right to recommend in-person assessment if telehealth is not clinically appropriate.
4. Online programs and general advice
Some programs and resources are pre-made and general in nature.
These:
Are not a substitute for individual assessment unless explicitly stated
Should be performed within personal limits
Should be stopped if pain, discomfort, or adverse symptoms occur
You are responsible for ensuring exercises are appropriate for your child’s abilities and health status.
5. Bookings and appointments
Appointments are booked via our online booking system or as otherwise agreed.
Appointment times are reserved specifically for you
Late arrival may result in shortened session time
Missed appointments may be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy
6. Cancellation & Non-attendance policy
Appointments are reserved specifically for you.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend, may incur a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the appointment cost
Late arrival may result in a shortened session, with the full fee still payable
For telehealth appointments, failure to attend the scheduled session time will be considered a non-attendance.
Cancellation fees may be waived at the discretion of Strong Steps Physio in exceptional circumstances.
7. Fees and payments
Fees are displayed at the time of booking or purchase.
Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g. Stripe)
Strong Steps Physio does not store full payment card details
Invoices and receipts are provided where applicable
8. Intellectual property
All content provided by Strong Steps Physio, including:
Exercise programs
Videos
Written materials
Website content
is the intellectual property of Strong Steps Physio.
You may not copy, reproduce, share, or distribute content without written permission.
Programs are licensed for personal use only.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law:
Strong Steps Physio is not liable for injury, loss, or damage resulting from misuse of information or failure to follow instructions
You accept responsibility for participation in exercises and activities
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.

11. Changes to these terms
These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time.
The current version will always be available on our website.
12. NDIS Participants
Strong Steps Physio may provide services to NDIS participants, either as a registered or unregistered provider.
For NDIS-funded services:
Services are provided in line with the participant’s NDIS Plan and agreed goals
A valid Service Agreement may be required prior to commencement
Cancellations are managed in accordance with the NDIS Price Guide, including short notice cancellation rules
It is the responsibility of the participant or their representative to ensure sufficient funding is available
Where applicable, claims may be made through the NDIS portal or invoiced to a plan manager or self-managed participant.
