2. Eligibility and consent

Our services are intended for individuals seeking physiotherapy support, including runners recovering from injury.By engaging our services, you confirm that:You are at least 18 years of age, or have consent from a parent or legal guardianYou have the legal capacity to enter into these TermsThe information you provide is accurate and completeFor clients under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent and accept these Terms on their behalf.

3. Telehealth services

Physiotherapy services may be delivered via telehealth.By participating in telehealth:You acknowledge there are limitations compared to in-person assessmentYou agree to follow all instructions provided during sessionsYou accept responsibility for ensuring a safe and appropriate environmentYou understand that results may vary and are dependent on your participationStrong Steps Physio reserves the right to recommend in-person assessment or referral where telehealth is not clinically appropriate.

4. Online programs and general advice

Some programs and resources are pre-made and general in nature.These:Are not a substitute for individualised assessment unless explicitly statedAre provided for educational and general guidance purposesMust be performed within your individual limits and capabilitiesYou agree to:Stop any exercise that causes pain, discomfort, or concerning symptomsSeek appropriate medical advice where requiredTake full responsibility for how you use the information provided

5. Results and outcomes

While Strong Steps Physio aims to support your recovery and return to running, no specific outcomes or timeframes are guaranteed.Results depend on multiple factors, including:Injury severity. Training historyAdherence to the programIndividual health and circumstances

6. Bookings and appointments

Appointments are booked via our online system or as otherwise agreed.Appointment times are reserved specifically for youLate arrival may result in a shortened session. Missed appointments may incur a fee in accordance with our cancellation policy

7. Cancellation & non-attendance policy

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or rescheduleCancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend, may incur a fee of up to 100% of the appointment cost. Late arrival may result in a shortened session with the full fee payableFailure to attend a telehealth session is considered a non-attendanceCancellation fees may be waived at the discretion of Strong Steps Physio in exceptional circumstances.

8. Fees and payments

Fees are displayed at the time of booking or purchasePayment is required at the time of booking or as otherwise specifiedPayments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g. Stripe)Strong Steps Physio does not store full card detailsInvoices and receipts are provided where applicable

9. Refunds

Physiotherapy services are generally non-refundable once deliveredOnline programs are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer LawRequests for refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis

11. Limitation of liability
